Tearful Moment: Adoptive family reunites after three-year wait

Salt Lake City, Utah (STORYFUL) - - It's been a long three years, but now Jennifer and James Grover finally have their boys home.

Their adoption journey started in 2012. They were going to adopt Joseph, now 14, and Bronson, now 7, from the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Shortly after their filed their papers, they just had to wait on the boys' U.S. visas to process to bring them home.

But shortly after, Congolese officials suspended exit letters, so children could not be adopted by families in other countries.

Finally, last month they got a letter that 119 children would be granted exit letters. Both boys were on the list.

Another parent captured their heartwarming reunion on camera at the Salt Lake City Airport.

According to US Weekly, the couple are parents of biological children Emily, 19, Brianne, 17, Joshua, 16, and Jeffrey, 12. They adopted Lauren, 14, from Kazakhstan and Michael, 12, from China. Their son Jacob, who was from China, passed away in 2013.
