Teen Arrested, Charged in North Philadelphia Double Shooting

Authorities say a 14-year-old boy has been charged in a north Philadelphia shooting that injured two men over the weekend, one critically.

The incident occurred on the 2100 block of North 23 rd Street around 2:30 p.m.

Police say two males were shot multiple times in the street.

A 25-year-old black male was shot once in the chest and one time in the right shoulder. He was taken to Temple University Hospital where he was listed in stable condition.

A 45-year-old man was also struck twice, including once in the hand, and once in the right forearm. He is listed in stable condition.

Names of the victims or suspect weren't immediately released.
