On Saturday, expect mostly cloudy skies with light showers moving first into southern Delaware and south Jersey during the afternoon/evening. The rain might hold off in Philadelphia until overnight Saturday and into Sunday as a sharp cutoff with the rain could set up.
Sunday will be the height of the storm in our area.
Heavy rain and wind is expected down the shore with bands of heavy rain trying to rotate farther inland to Philly and the NW suburbs.
On Monday, lingering showers will remain across the region from west to east. They will last the longest at the shore and the weather will stay breezy.
