Video Released of North Philadelphia Gas Station Robbery

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Philadelphia Police have released video of an armed robbery at an Exxon gas station Tuesday on North Broad Street.

The suspect, an unknown black female entered the station pointing a handgun at the clerk on duty. After the clerk, from behind bulletproof glass, refused, the suspect fled.

The incident occurred shortly after 2:00 a.m. at an Exxon station on the 3100 block of North Broad Street.

Police were called to the scene after reports of a robbery were called in.

According to police, a suspect with a rifle robbed the clerk in the gas station. It is unknown at this time what was taken.
