Water gushes more than 20 feet into the air after main break in Crescentville

CRESCENTVILLE (FOX 29) - Water gushed more than 20 feet in the air Monday morning after a water main broke in Crescentville.

Sixty properties are currently without water along the 300 and 400 blocks of East Godfrey Avenue.

Officials say an eight-inch water main has since been shut down.

Crews are expected to arrive on site around 9 a.m. to begin excavating and make repairs.
