Wilmington Police seek public's help in locating wanted sex offender, 42

WILMINGTON, DEL. (WTXF) - The Wilmington Police Department is asking for the public's help locating 42-year-old James Gibson, who is listed as a Tier 2 Registered Sex Offender and is currently wanted on an outstanding warrant stemming from a sexual assault investigation.

Gibson, of Wilmington, is described as a black man who stands at approximately 6'0" and weighs between 160 and 170 pounds.

Anyone with information relative to Gibson's location is asked to Call Detective Jamie Tobin at 302-576-3643.
