Winslow Township police officer injured in crash
WINSLOW TWP., N.J. (FOX 29) - A Winslow Township police officer was injured in a crash while responding to a medical emergency.
It happened Friday around 1:30 p.m. while the officer was traveling on Williamstown Road at Grove Street.
According to police, the police vehicle collided with another vehicle.
The Winslow Township police officer was transported via helicopter to Cooper Hospital to be treated for the injuries he sustained during the crash. No word on the extent of the officer's injuries at this time. The driver of the other vehicle sustained minor injuries.
