Record-high temperatures possible this week

If you like rollercoasters, well, here we go.

Temperatures in the 70s just days after some of us got a half-foot of snow!?

FOX 29's Kathy Orr has a look at your Philadelphia weather forecast and explains just what's going on.

We often seem to have a storm near Presidents Day, and it looks like we got that out of the way Saturday. We had 3 to 6 inches of snow, depending on where you live, most of it north and west of Philadelphia.

Much of that snow is gone after Sunday's milder temperatures.

For the month of February, we've been 3 degrees above normal, so far, and that's going to continue.

Monday's holiday will again be on the mild side at 52 degrees.

Tuesday's record is 70. That was set back in 1939. We'll at least tie that one.

Wednesday's record is 72. That was set back in 1930, and it looks like we will break that one.

The average high for this time of year is only about 44 degrees, and 51 is the lowest temperature in the seven-day forecast.
