1 critical after double shooting in North Philadelphia

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Police are investigating after a double shooting in North Philadelphia.

It happened on the 2500 block of West Harold Street around 12:30 a.m.

Police say one of the victims was struck nine times.

One victim is stable, and another is critical.

No arrests have been made at this time. This is an ongoing investigation.
