2 dead in apparent murder-suicide at Newark home

NEWARK, Del. (WTXF) - Police are investigating following an apparent murder-suicide in Newark, Delaware.

Around 5 p.m. Tuesday, police responded to North Skyward Drive for a report of a domestic-related shooting.

Upon their arrival, officers located a 23-year-old woman, who was transported to an area hospital and pronounced dead.

A man was also located at the scene and pronounced dead.
