25-year-old shot, killed in West Philadelphia

Philadelphia Police are investigating the shooting death of a man that happened in West Philadelphia Saturday night.

The incident occurred at 10:04 p.m. on 52 nd Street and Arch Street.

Police responded to the area after calls of a "Person with a Gun."

According to officials, a 25-year-old black male, identified as Bill Neal, was shot three times - once in the right scapula, once in the right arm, and once in the left buttocks.

Neal was taken to Presbyterian Hospital by police and was pronounced at 10:13 p.m.

No arrests have been made.
