3 hurt, 4 displaced after Hunting Park fire
HUNTING PARK (WTXF) - Three people are in the hospital and four others have been forced from their homes after a fire in Philadelphia's Hunting Park neighborhood.
Flames broke out around 2:15 a.m. Thursday morning in a home on the 3800 block of North Park Avenue.
Three people were taken to the hospital as a result of the fire, and fire crews were able to get the fire under control in a half hour.
Investigators are looking into what may have caused the fire and if the building may have been an illegal boarding house.
