79-year-old man convicted of molesting two 8-years-olds

DELAWARE COUNTY (WTXF) - A 79-year-old man has been convicted of molesting two victims when they were just 8-years-old, according to the Office of the District Attorney.

A press release states that Martin Finsterbusch of Clifton Heights was found guilty of molesting the two children by inappropriately kissing and touching them on multiple occasions.

Finsterbusch was found guilty on all charges including two counts each of indecent assault on a person less than 13-years-old, indecent assault without consent and corruption of minors.

The verdict was reached following a bench trial that began in August.

Sentencing is scheduled for January 12, 2017. Finsterbusch is facing prison time and a lifetime sex offender registration under Megan's Law.
