Armed Robbery at Lawndale Gas Station

PHILADELPHIA- WTXF - Police are seeking the man who committed an armed robbery of a Sunoco gas station on Rising Sun Avenue in the city's Lawndale section last month.

The incident took place December 16 at 11:48 a.m. The suspect entered the station while brandishing a gun, pointed the gun at an employee, and demanded money. After taking the money, he fled on foot.

The suspect is described as a l ight complected male, 20-25 years-of-age, 5'10"-6'0", with a thin build, wearing a black hooded sweat shirt, black pants, mask over his face, gray or black and red sneakers, and armed with a handgun .
