Arrest Made in William Vaughn Homicide

PHILADELPHIA- WTXF - An arrest has been made in the late September homicide of William Vaughn, in Center City.

Reginald Bell, of Philadelphia, has been taken into custody and charged with homicide, PHiladelphia Police said.

Vaughn was stabbed early in the morning on Sept. 24, as he stood at a bus stop at Broad and Arch Streets. The stabbing took place during the World Meeting of Families.
