Authorities investigate deadly North Philadelphia shooting

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Philadelphia police are investigating a deadly shooting in North Philadelphia.

It happened a about 3:45pm Monday in the 2200 block of Cecil B. Moore Avenue.

Authorities say the victim -- now identified as 19-year-old Dimere Allen -- was found on the street, shot in his head. He was taken to the hospital, where her died.

No arrests have been made.
