Authorities seek women who may have information on fatal Camden shooting
CAMDEN, N.J. (AP/WTXF) - The Camden County Prosecutor's Office and the Camden County Police Department are seeking the public's assistance in identifying two women who may have information pertaining to a fatal shooting in Camden.
Authorities say the two women, who are pictured in the still photographs and the surveillance video footage, were shown to be in the area at the time of the incident. Detectives would like to speak with these women.
The shooting happened around 1:30 p.m. Monday in the area of South 29th and Clinton Streets.
Officers responding to 911 calls about the shooting found the 17-year-old city resident lying in the street. He was taken to a hospital but was pronounced dead there a short time later.
Camden County prosecutors declined further comment on the shooting, including what type of weapon was used or how many shooters may have been involved.
No arrests have been made.
