Beer destroyed in tractor-trailer fire on Connecticut interstate

THOMPSON, Conn. (STORYFUL) - A tractor-trailer loaded with Heineken beer caught fire on Interstate 395 near Thompson, Connecticut, on January 18, local fire crews said.

The vehicle was heading northbound on I-395, just south of Webster, Massachusetts, when the fire was reported, crews said.

Photos shared by Connecticut's Thompson Fire Engine Company and Massachusetts' Webster Fire and Rescue showed multiple pallets of beer destroyed by the fire.

No injuries had been reported at the time of writing.
