Burned body found inside abandoned restaurant

NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Philadelphia Police are investigating the discovery of a burned body inside a closed restaurant in Northeast Philadelphia.

Police were called to the scene on the 400 block of Franklin Mills Circle around 2:20 p.m. Monday.

According to police, construction workers located the burnt body of a male inside the abandoned restaurant.

The investigation is ongoing.
