A home health care giver for the elderly is under arrest, accused of using a patient's credit card without authorization and overbilling for services by more than $56,000.

Tuesday, Warminster police announced they arrested Lisa Ann Lehmann-Waters, who'd been hired to care for the 78-year-old victim.

Police say in just over a year -- from March 2015 to April 2016 -- Lehmann-Waters "made 62 unauthorized withdraws from the victim's ATM account and overbilled for her services for a total of $56,058.43."

Lehmann-Waters was charged with theft by deception, receiving stolen property, unlawful use of computer, access device fraud, ID fraud and deceptive business practices, which are all felonies.

She is being held in lieu of $30,000 bail.
