Chester County CJ booked on sexual assault charges arrested for more charges

A local DJ who was previously arrested on multiple charges including involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, possession of child pornography, and drug delivery has been arrested on more charges.

28-year-old Daniel John Milowicki has been arrested on charges including rape, aggravated indecent assault, and other related offenses.

District Attorney Hogan said, "This defendant was very calculating when he targeted his victims. His predatory behavior coupled with how he presented himself as a DJ and photographer allowed him to target vulnerable young women. These most recent charges came to light because the victim saw the news about the defendant's first arrest and found the strength to come forward to police."

Allegations brought forward in the criminal complaint say that Milowicki sexually assaulted a woman he met online under the guise of a modeling job and photoshoot.

Milowicki then allegedly lured the victim to an isolated location and recorded the victim performing sexual acts on him against her will.

The assault, according to a press release from the Chester County District Attorney Tom Hogan, happened on September 4, 2014.

Bail on the most recent charges was set at $250,000 unsecured with electronic home confinement. Milowicki is currently in Chester County Prison pending electronic home confinement.

District Attorney Hogan said, "Our initial fears that there might be more victims of this defendant have been realized. Law enforcement remains concerned that there are more people who have been assaulted by this defendant. We encourage anyone with information to come forward and to contact the police. We are not going to stop investigating until justice is done for the victims and to the defendant."

Milowicki was arrested previously on April 7, 2015 and charged with over 300 felony counts.
