Chicago's most expensive home hits the market

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -Have an extra $19 million laying around and no idea what to do with it? A mansion in Lincoln Park, Chicago, has hit the market for a whopping $18,750,000, making it the most expensive home for sale in the city.

Looking at the photos, it's no wonder why the home located at 1955 North Burling Street has such a high asking price. The home, which was built in 1999, according to TimeOut Chicago, features seven bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms, four stories, six fireplaces, and six garage spaces! And the amenities don't stop there - The estate comes complete with a separate two bedroom private guest house. Whew!

According to the listing by Berkshire Hathaway, the although the home is surrounded by mansions, there is "nothing remotely like the beauty and privacy of this magnificent offering."
