Crash causing delays on I-95 NB near Betsy Ross Bridge

PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - There's traffic trouble if you're leaving Center City and taking I-95 northbound towards the northeast.

Tractor-trailer and a few cars collided at the Betsy Ross Bridge interchange.

Just the left lane is getting by.
