Crews battle overnight house fire in West Oak Lane

WEST OAK LANE (WTXF) - Crews battled a house fire overnight in West Oak Lane.

Police say the fire started around 3 a.m. on the 1500 block of Mayland Street.

Crews got a handle on the flames within about 30 minutes, with most of the damage occurring on the second floor of the two-story home.

Officials say the house was vacant and no one was injured.
