Dump truck on its side slowing I-95 traffic

NEWARK, Del. (WTXF) - Northbound I-95 is jammed heading into Delaware because a dump truck flipped onto its side.

SKYFOX was over the scene near Exit 1, which is Route 896.

This accident happened before 9am.

We don't yet know the extent of anybody's injuries.
