Snow is expected to move into the Philadelphia area Sunday around lunchtime and 2-5 inches of snow is expected to fall through Sunday night.
What we know:
Philadelphia Eagles fans are preparing for a snow game on Sunday. If the current weather forecasts holds up the Divisional Playoff game against the Los Angeles Rams game may be more like a Winter Wonderland.
Sunday's forecast calls for accumulating snow to begin around lunchtime.
Workers at the Rally House in Springfield were busy stocking the store shelves as playoff hungry Eagles fans were gearing up with hats, hoodies and gloves for Sunday’s foul weather game. Associate Claire Lincke picked out a few of the "hot" selling cold weather items.

"This Eagles zip-up jacket, this one is actually battery operated, so it’s going to keep you warm during the game," she explained about one of the jackets.
What fans are saying:
"With our running attack a snow game isn’t a bad idea. With Saquon, we can just keep giving him the ball and our offensive line. But I think the fans are going to be out of control with the snow and tailgating all day," said Chris Conlan of Springfield.
"I think they have a lot more drive when they are playing. They are a lot more aggressive and could be slipping around," Casey O’Sullivan of Swarthmore said.
FOX 29 reporter Chris O’Connell asked, "Are you talking about the fans?"
She laughed, "Ha ha. Honestly, everyone. I think everyone is going to be in a really good mood."
The backstory:
Many Eagles’ fans remember the snow game on December 8, 2013 against the Detroit Lions. Current LA Rams quarterback Matt Stafford played that game with the Lions where the Eagles won 34-20. Craig Thomas from Silver Spring, MD remembers the game well.
"It’s snowing like cats and dogs coming down. You could not see anything and they are out there shoveling and Shady’s running all over the place. It was just crazy," said Thomas.
FOX 29 Photographer Mark LaValla shot that game from the sidelines back in 2013 for Fox Sports. He remembers being covered in snow by the end of the game.
"I was on the field. The guys on the cameras up above, they couldn’t see the game sometimes. They eventually started going to the low cameras and it was fun. We ended up having fun. I remember afterwards the guys were like ‘What was that?’" LaValla recalled.
Big picture view:
So, get out those hats and hand warmers if you’re going to the game. As for Mark Medora, of Drexel Hill, he’ll be in front of the TV where it’s warm.
"Stay warm and cozy and watch the game on your recliner," he advised.
