Enjoy one of the largest Christmas light displays anywhere

LIVERMORE, Calif. (WTXF) - One family is making the holidays truly merry and especially bright, and giving folks up-close looks.

Deacon Dave Rezendes in the San Francisco Bay area has arranged one of the largest Christmas light displays anywhere.

To get in, just holler "Merry Christmas" loud enough!

Once inside, there are more than a half-million lights decorating the home, known as the House of the Dove.

This year's light show theme is gingerbread houses. It'll stay through Jan. 1.

Deacon Dave has been creating the display for decades and said he couldn't have done it without the cooperation of his neighbors and a team of volunteers.

By the way, those volunteers start building right after Labor Day and it could be Easter before they take it all apart!
