Ex-Phillie Pence Makes a Disney Proposal

WTXF- PHILADELPHIA - It's long been a tradition for championship athletes to go to Disney World. Former Phillie Hunter Pence did that and more- he proposed to his girlfriend, Alexis Cozombolidis, during a trip to the theme park Thursday.

Pence's surprise marriage proposal came as part of a mock interview, which he suddenly broke off to get down on one knee, calling Alexis "my best friend" and "my soul mate." Alexis said yes, as fireworks went off behind the couple.

Pence played for the Phillies in 2011 and 2012, and has been with San Francisco since.
