Family speaks about fatal shooting

Philadelphia Police are investigating a shooting that left a father dead in Kensington.

The incident occurred at 12:55 a.m. on the 800 block of East Hilton Street.

Officers responded to a call of a person with a gun at the location and when they arrived found a 21-year-old male victim on the street suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the head, neck, and face.

The victim was taken to Temple Hospital where he was pronounced at 2:50 a.m. Family identified the victim as 21-year-old Nycier Robinson.

"He loved to dance," his father, Anthony Robinson, told FOX 29. "We want to know what happened."

Nycier leaves behind a 1-year-old son and another son born just days before the murder.

There has not been an arrest or a determined motive.
