Fast food employee arrested for reportedly throwing hot grease on customer
WEST PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Police in West Philadelphia arrest a Checkers employee after the employee reportedly threw hot grease on a customer.
According to authorities, an argument broke out between customers and an employee at the Checkers restaurant on 58th and Baltimore a little after 3 a.m. Saturday.
It was during the argument, police say, that the employee threw hot grease on a customer.
The victim was transported to Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital, was treated and released.
Police say the employee was arrested.
