Fire breaks out at Center City highrise

CENTER CITY (WTXF) - A fire broke out at a highrise in Center City early Monday morning.

It all happened at the Embassy Apartments on the 2100 block of Walnut Street around 5:55 a.m. It was placed under control at 6:04 a.m.
