Fire extensively damages home, but nobody injured
GLEN MILLS, Pa. (WTXF) - An afternoon fire at a home in Delaware County is out. It may have ruined a family's Christmas, but nobody was hurt.
It started at about 1:30pm in a two-story home on Marlborough Lane and crews had it under control in less than an hour.
Authorities say there was heavy smoke in a second floor bedroom, and it extended up to the home's attic.
The hardest part of the firefight was in the crawl space of that attic.
Now, there's extensive damage to the home and investigators are looking into what caused it.
