Firefighters in Upper Darby battle building blaze

UPPER DARBY, Pa. (WTXF) - In Delaware County, firefighters were putting out flames at a home in Upper Darby.

Crews got the call just after 9 a.m. to the 600 block of Maine Avenue. Firefighters say when they arrived the rear of the building was fully engulfed.

Fortunately, no one was at home at the time of the fire.

The fire left a gaping hole in the back of the building, and the structure is charred.

Investigators are trying to determine the cause of the fire.
