Gunshot injures one man in Kensington

KENSINGTON (FOX 29) - Police in Kensington are investigating after a shooting sends a man to a hospital.

Police were called to the 1900 block of East Somerset about 1 p.m. Tuesday on the report of a shooting.

According to authorities, police arrived to discover a man, in his mid-twenties, shot two times.

The victim was transported to Temple University Hospital. The man's condition was not released.

Police say the investigation is ongoing. A weapon was recovered, but no arrests have been made.
