PENNSVILLE TOWNSHIP, N.J. (WTXF) - A vehicle fire in the middle of the southbound Delaware Memorial Bridge -- heading from New Jersey down to Delaware -- has traffic backed up into New Jersey on both the Turnpike and I-295.

FOX 29's Bob Kelly suggests taking the Commodore Barry Bridge to I-95 in Pennsylvania instead.
