Kevin Esterly extradited to Lehigh County

ALLENTOWN, Pa. (WTXF) - Kevin Esterly has been extradited to Lehigh County, Pennsylvania from Florida.

According to officials, Esterly, 45-years-old, was taken into custody in Miami, Florida Sunday, March 18. Officials from the Allentown Police Department and Lehigh County brought Esterly to Lehigh County Saturday, March 24.

Esterly is said to have signed a minor, Amy Yu, out of school on multiple occasions from November 2017 through February 2018. Officials say Esterly also took Yu to Mexico in early March 2018. Officials also say Yu's mother did not grant consent for the alleged activities.

Esterly is charged with interference with custody of children.
