Man, 20, charged in Norristown double murder
NORRISTOWN, Pa. (AP/WTXF) - Police have arrested the man they say is responsible for fatally shooting two men inside a car in Norristown.
Miguel Mino-Rojas, 20, of Norristown, has been arrested for two counts of First-Degree Murder, Person Not to Possess a Firearm and related charges.
The incident took place around 12:15 a.m. on Monday, when police found the victims shot in a car on the 700 block of Chain Street. Officials say the car's passenger door was open when police arrived. Isaias Martinez, 53, was pronounced dead at the scene. Guillermo Rivera-Rubio, 44, was taken to a hospital but died there a short time later.

Both victims sustained a gunshot wound to the head. The coroner's office ruled the manner of death for both men as a homicide.
Police allege that the defendant told them he was trying to buy cocaine when he saw one of the car's occupants reach for "something" so he opened fire.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 14.
