Man, 23, killed in Strawberry Mansion shooting

STRAWBERRY MANSION (WTXF) - Philadelphia Police are searching for a gunman they say killed a 23-year-old man in the city's Strawberry Mansion neighborhood.

The shooting happened at the intersection of 30th and Page Streets around 12:30 a.m.

Police arrived on scene to find the victim laying on his back suffering from a gunshot wound to the face.

Investigators say the victim was just a block from his home when he was shot and killed.

The shooting remains under investigation as police search for a suspect and a motive.
