Man, 25, injured in shooting Tuesday morning

WEST PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Philadelphia Police are investigating an early morning shooting in West Philadelphia that left one man injured Tuesday morning.

The incident occurred in the area of 52 nd Street and Wyalusing Avenue around 9:05 a.m.

Police say a 25-year-old man was shot three times in the chest, shoulder, lower body. The victim was transported to Presbyterian Hospital by police, where he was placed in stable condition.

No arrests have been made at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
