Man, 37, hospitalized after Center City stabbing

CENTER CITY (WTXF) - Philadelphia Police are investigating a stabbing in Center City that sent one man to the hospital.

Officers were called to the 1200 block of Race Street around 2:30 a.m. for a report of a stabbing.

Upon arrival, officers located a 37-year-old man suffering from three stab wounds to the chest.

Police say a passerby found the victim laying in the street and called police.

The victim was taken to Jefferson Hospital where he was listed in stable condition.

The investigation is ongoing.
