Man, 64, charged with attempted luring caught on camera in Ridley Township
RIDLEY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (FOX 29) - Police in Ridley Township have arrested and charged a man they say attempted to luring a teenage girl to his car as she waited for an ice cream truck.
David Fetter, 64, has been charged with luring, harassment and disorderly conduct in connection with the March 31 incident.
The aftermath of the incident was captured on a surveillance camera outside the victim's home. The video shows the young girl running inside the home as the driver in a gold sedan slowly traveled down the street.

"He approached my daughter, said 'Hey, come here, come here,' tried to pull her over to the car and ask her about herself, she took off running," says Bill Moss, the girl's father.
Moss says his daughter knew to run away because the same exact car and driver approached his other daughter in July of 2017.
In that case, Fetter was charged with harassment, a summary offense less serious than a misdemeanor.
Moss says he filed a report with Ridley Township Police before posting the video of the latest incident on Facebook to make sure everyone was aware.
