Man accused of sexually assaulting child

Warminster, Pa. (WTXF) The Warminster Police Department announced charges against a 48-year-old man accused of the sexual assault of a child.

Police say Angel Ramos, 48, who doesn't have a fixed address, was charged with two counts each of Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse, Unlawful Contact with a Minor, Indecent Assault, Corruption of a Minor and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Authorities say the felony charges are the result of an investigation into the sexual assault of a child who was
allegedly abused over a two year period. The child was 9 to 12 at the time of the alleged abuse.

Ramos is currently at the Bucks County Correctional Facility awaiting court proceedings on unrelated charges.
