Man apparently targeted, shot, then killers returned to fire point-blank

It was another violent night in the city of Philadelphia.

Wednesday morning, one man is dead and he was apparently targeted.

FOX 29's Dave Kinchen was at the scene. Gunfire rang out at about 2am on the 4200 block of Viola Street in the Parkside area of South Philadelphia.

The victim, 22, had driven home and went out to find two men wearing ski masks and white t-shirts.

They shot. He was hit several times and collapsed.

Then, the killers went back up to the body, stood over it, and fired point-blank. The victim was pronounced dead.

His name has not been released and no arrests have been made.
