Man arrested after barricading himself inside Center City home

CENTER CITY (WTXF) - Police had guns drawn outside a Center City home Saturday night after a man barricaded himself inside and refused to come out.

Officers were called to South 15th Street after a couple was heard screaming inside their home.

When police arrived, the man reportedly refused to come out.

Police were ultimately able to arrest the man. No one was injured.
