An Oregon couple was told they owe Verizon Wireless more than $2 million in what appears to be a comedy of errors.
Ken Slusher and his girlfriend thought they had resolved the issue, but it cropped up again when they tried to put a down payment on a house.
Slusher said they had the Verizon service and two phones for only a month last year, canceling it and returning the devices over major discrepancies on their bill.
