Man charged in alleged sexual assault on PATCO train

PHILADELPHIA (FOX 29) - Police say they have arrested a 45-year-old man in connection with the sexual assault of a 22-year-old woman on a PATCO High Speedline train.

The Delaware River Port Authority brought Charles Arcano into custody in South Philadelphia Tuesday.

Police say surveillance cameras caught him assaulting the woman as the train made stops between Philadelphia and New Jersey on Jan. 27.

Arcano faces several charges, including aggravated sexual assault.
