Man chased, shot, killed overnight

UPPER DARBY, Pa. (WTXF) - A man is dead after an overnight chase and then shooting in Upper Darby.

It happened just before 1am at near the 7200 block of Walnut Street.

Police say there was some sort of fight near Walnut and Shelbourne that led to the chase.

During the chase, the victim was shot.

He made his way to the courtyard of the Stonehurst Court Apartments and was shot again.

He died at the scene.

Police are still searching for a suspect.
