Man, critical after violent hit and run in Kensington
KENSINGTON, Pa. (WTXF) - Police have arrested a suspect involved in a hit and run in Kensington.
The incident happened at G and Allegheny Street where police say a 32-year-old man was hit crossing the street.
Officials say the victim was dragged by the car and was left in the road. His shoes and jacket were left at the scene after he was rushed to Temple Hospital with serious head trauma and is currently in critical condition.
The suspect was chased by police through Wissonoming Park and finally taken into custody at Cambria and Frankford Avenue.
