Man exposed, touched himself in West Chester: Police

WEST CHESTER, PA (WTXF) - West Chester police need the public's help finding a man who has exposed and touched himself in public.

Someone tipped off police a couple weeks back about the man.

Police say one incident took place around midnight on North High Street.

Witnesses spotted the suspect at Kildare's Restaurant and Bar in the early morning hours of August 31.

West Chester police released images of the suspect hoping someone might know who he is and give them a call.
