Man fatally struck by vehicle in Mayfair

MAYFAIR (WTXF) - A pedestrian was fatally struck by a vehicle in Mayfair early Monday morning.

The incident occurred at Roosevelt Boulevard and Harbison Avenue around 5:30 a.m.

According to officials, the pedestrian - a man - was running across Roosevelt Boulevard when he was hit. He was pronounced at the scene.

The crash was not the result of a DUI and the driver stayed at the location.
